Jay Forte: Performance Consultant, Speaker, Author, Workplace and Life Coach
Jay Forte, a former financial executive and corporate educator, now performance consultant, speaker and author, is a nationally ranked Thought Leader and President of Humanetrics. Jay teaches organizations how to maximize manager performance, ignite employee performance and advance women’s performance, all with an underlying focus on first advancing our personal performance. He has helped organizations and individuals become more performance-driven, more successful and more content in work and life.
Jay shares his approach to performance improvement through his keynotes, workshops, articles and books. His warm, friendly and entertaining story-telling approach, actively engages his audiences; he presents practical information to live and work in the greatest way possible. He tailors his programs to his audiences – management, employees, women, and individuals –all include his MaxPerformance Formula as the key to sustainable MaxImpact performance.
Jay has spent much of his career in the financial and corporate education areas, and therefore subjects all of his education to his sound financial bottom line business perspectives and great audience interactivity. All of his programs have a creativity refresher because a creative mind, even when dealing with strategy, financial analysis or human capital, provides greater ideas, thinking and solutions to today’s complex workplace and life issues.
A prolific author, Jay has published several dozen articles in the areas of millennial management, employee performance, coaching, mentoring, strategy, customer service and living a STAND OUT life. He has been published in over 200 different periodicals, magazines, newsletters and on-line formats and has been a guest on business talk radio programs. He has published his first book, Fire Up!
