Fees and Expenses
We work with all of our clients with regard to our fees and prefer to discuss them rather than post fixed fees. We base our fees on the following events and estimated ranges depending on required preparation time, audience size and knowledge level of participants:
• Keynote (up to 2 hours) $4,000 – $6,500
• Half day program $4,500 – $7,000
• Full day program $5,000 – $7.500
• Multiple day programs (2 – 5 days/each day) $4,500 – $6,500
Travel expenses including airfare, hotel, ground transportation, meals, parking, etc. and program expenses, are in addition to program fees. Fees are subject to change based on expanded needs, additional consulting or other situations. Contact Jay to discuss your best options.
All consulting rates are determined during client consultation. All consulting is billed hourly plus expenses (as defined above).
