Event Planning Process and Guide:
Use our easy planning guides below to assist in planning your event. We know that each event is different and customization is the key to its success. Remember that all of Jay’s keynotes, programs and seminars are highly interactive; encouraging dialog, discussion and practice insures higher retention. Event Booking Process:
1. Contact Jay to review event content, program and details.
2. Confirm date, number of attendees, duration of program, expenses and fees.
3. Sign and return contract.
4. Identify event contact person for supplies, electronic files and other specific needs.
5. Review billing process and proper expense submission process.
6. Define key performance objectives for the event.
7. Define who will be responsible for event promotion and completed event feedback.
8. Practice your best applause to be used at the end of the event!
Program materials and handouts:
All programs include handouts, workbooks, books or other materials. Electronic copies will be sent and the client is responsible for insuring copies are provided to all participants. Each program has its unique materials that will be customized to maximize learning and participation.
