The face of Humanetrics is Jay Forte, a Powerful Performance educator, speaker, talent strategist and consultant.. Jay, a CPA turned financial executive turned educator turned speaker/consultant, has spent two decades teaching adults. In that time, he’s learned what works and what doesn’t. The Humanetrics style and curriculum is the result of his experiences and successes.
