A little background – to show we have done our research…
Our business world has changed; we have moved from manufacturing to service, from industrial to intellectual, from brawn to brain. As author Seth Godin states, “we used to make food (agrarian society), then we made things (industrial age), now we make ideas� (service economy). Much of manufacturing moved offshore and left us with a service economy. Service is an intellectual and thinking environment; thinking and relationships are back in vogue. Today, work and life parallel each other – it is now about working and living in your talent areas, being fully present and making a difference everywhere you go – both at work and at home. The process to create powerful performance is the same for both work and life…and it starts with you, your courage, your understanding of your talents and a will to be EXTRAordinary.

- How to Step Up – how to develop your confidence to play in line with your talents, passions, strengths and interests.
- How to STAND OUT! – how to reconnect to reconnect to your creativity to invent and achieve the largest degree of work or life possible. If we have a choice to live or work in an ordinary or extraordinary way, why not choose extraordinary?

This is where the structure ends. We are dynamic educators who approach our topics in a non-conventional way; we love love having fun and know that you do too…so be prepared to sing, dance, write, act and share what you think as you learn how to choose a life that is based on your talents, passions and interests and how to turn them into a meaningful and powerful life and work. Others will ask if you are taking fancy infomercial vitamins. Others may want to see what you are adding to your coffee… but you will have the information to learn how to choose to have a powerful performance life and job and live a plan each day.
