What gets your employees fired up, passionate and excited? Do you know? Because the more passionate they are about their work, the better their performance and the more critical they are to your organization.
So, try this. Have your employees identify the things they love to do – those things they are passionate about. How can you incorporate some of them in their jobs? This is the way to boost their energy level and interest in their work. We all perform better when we are emotionally connected to what we do. Help you employees find their emotional connection – it will drive greater performance and greater loyalty.
