To get hired you have to stand out. You have to have to show your performance, fit and value and hiring managers will move your resume to the top of the pile. Hiring managers – it is time to require better information from job seekers. They should clearly and easily show you their performance, their fit and the value they can bring. Don’t let job seekers confuse you with outdated skill and experience resumes.
