So, let’s say I meet you on a plane; we start talking about your company. What would you say to convince me that you are a great place to work? Moreover, what do you do to attract and keep the best people? We both know your people are your profits – so having the right person for the right job is critical. Now, does your organization build a powerful workplace culture that gets the attention of the best performers, wins them in and keeps them? If not, what do you need to change today?
