It is based on your best review of today’s environment - identify what you do well that offers great value and then do it in a STAND OUT way will get you noticed. Be noticed for the value you provide and word will spread about you. If you do what you did yesterday, you blend and if you blend, you lose. Learn from your history but don’t get stuck in it. Assess your business today and learn how to use today’s world to drive your performance.
Get Unstuck Tip: Complete a SWOT analysis on your business. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat. Analyze your business by looking at your products, facilities, people and service. Assess each area and record what you see as a strength, opportunity, weakness or threat. We’ll tell you how to start to use this info in tomorrow’s blog.
