Our financial world is changing before our eyes. Its uncertainty has reminded us of how we must be fully in control or our financial house – at home and at work. So this week, let’s review a few ways that when we spend, we spend wisely. Let’s review ways to spend that generate great returns; let’s see how we can amplify the effect and make every penny count.
Today’s tip: Add “performance improvement” as a topic in your weekly team meeting (be sure to have a weekly team meeting!). Have one employee address a topic that will improve performance and present it at the meeting. Brainstorm ways to implement. Pass this responsibility to everyone on the team – give each a week to prepare. The return? Increased ownership, greater ideas, performance improvement and greater loyalty.
