Today’s tip: Start a mentoring program in the organization. Pair more senior employees with junior employees to create a powerful exchange of ideas. Younger employees can help older employees understand technology and social trends. Older employees can share practical applications for improved performance. The return? Greater communication, shared ideas and more connection.
