So this week, let’s review a few ways that when we spend, we spend wisely. Let’s review ways to spend that generate great returns; let’s see how we can amplify the effect and make every penny count.
Today’s tip: Employees know that times are tight and they expect spending changes and cuts. To make the cuts more powerful and to engage employees in the process, include employees in your discussion of areas that could be cut and what value they offer. Help employees take ownership in the way company resources are allocated or spent. The return? Greater contribution and loyalty.
